A toggle would allow for a single button to start and stop a loop rather than having to have two or making a toggle flow.

Hi @mecworks!

Thank you for the suggestion. I appreciate it!

There are a couple of ways to implement the behavior of the TOGGLE action:

  • If the timer is idle, the first TOGGLE action starts the timer, and the second TOGGLE action stops the timer.
  • If the timer is idle, the first TOGGLE action starts the timer, and the second TOGGLE action pauses the timer.

Ideally, I could implement it in a way that allows the desired behavior to be configurable. For example, I could add a dropdown menu in the configuration view of the controltimer where you can choose the behavior for the TOGGLE action. You would have the option to select either TOGGLE between START-STOP or TOGGLE between START-PAUSE.

Would implementing the TOGGLE action this way make the use of controltimer more convenient for you?
