...ving unused sample and instruments

I made an optimization and try to make sure we just embed the samples and instruments that we need
when we choose the first instrument of a preset
the other instrument used in this preset, if not used in other preset are not needed
same for the samples in these instruments
and since we consider only the first instrument, I forced the panning to 0
