The pyglet renderer has been removed, causing an error when trying the run the script.
I have reworked the scripts to work with the latest version of gym, which uses pygame instead of pyglet. So basically only the renderer has been changed.
In the meanwhile, I have created a second pypi package called gymgrid2 so others can easily install it as well.
