[Windows][Deploying on Docker]While the module is being built, it throws as error. #720

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to VSCode and create a project through the Quick Start Guide template.
Docker should be configured in Windows.
Build the module

Expected: Module should be build display the command to run it in the Docker.
Actual: Getting the following error

Generating docker artifacts...
error [docker plugin]: module [wso2/healthcare_service:0.1.0] unable to connect to server: Host name may not be null

Affected Product Version:
Ballerina Integrator 7.0.1
Ballerina - 1.0.2

OS, DB, other environment details and versions:
Windows 10
Docker version - 19.03.5
