Describe the issue:

The current issue with the IS implementation is that users are compelled to sign into 'myaccount' and enroll their FIDO passkeys beforehand in order to proceed with authentication using FIDO Authenticator. Unfortunately, if users are not aware of this key registration requirement, they might encounter error pages, resulting in a poor user experience.

To enhance the user experience, it would be better to modify the process. Allowing users to enroll their FIDO passkeys during the authentication process would create a more seamless and intuitive flow, eliminating confusion and frustration for those who are unaware of the need to enroll their keys in advance.
