我的电脑是windows 10版本，按照教程多次尝试链接foundry本地测试网，Anvil运行不太稳定，而且Remix总是连不上 foundry provider(即使我用Metamask链接本地测试网也不行)！是不是windows电脑的问题？？？

为什么不直接在Goerili测试网上运行这个脚本呢?

因为goerli要用第三方免费rpc，请求会超过次数

Alchemy RPC每天没有访问次数，如果只用来跑这个脚本的话，完全足够用
