[Request] automate the %PROJECT% replacement

Currently you need to do a manual string replacement after running the project creation step from the init.yml.

It would be bnetter if this was an automate Q&A set of questions that did the string replacement itself.

I decided that the current init template approach should be consider a part of the project initialization, and have developer a wrapper "radify" script that is the target for converting a WT project into a radi project.

This script is added in #7 and will be updated in #10

The script is .radi/tool/wundertools/radify.sh, and it can be executed through curl. It asks a number of questions, and uses the answers to tokenize the init template.
