After encoding video delete only original video file not deleted converted videos in YouPHPTube-Encoder videos Dir.
and one more thing can you tell me how ffmpeg work if i purchase video resolution and thumbs plugin.
i men upload video streamer server generate thumbs no encoder generate both and send streamer server.

how big is the file?

Also try to google for a solution for Fatal error: Out of memory
