spotify登陆后必须退出登陆才能在其它播放器上使用，能否不用退出，可自由在切换

启动带参数 -g x
x替换为数字：
0: Spotify未登录模式
1: QQ音乐
2: 网易云音乐
3: Music Center
4: iTunes
