Automatically include location and timezone information in entries

As requested by some user feedback, location tracking on a per-entry basis, and related information such as timezone, can be included in the app. This can simply piggyback on the existing GPS or IP address location detection used for automatic weather selection.

There're some notable benefits provided by such a feature in addition to the fact that one knows where an entry was written. For instance, an entry made on a separate timezone can be shown in said alternative timezone rather than the current timezone of the device.

Timezone information is included in diary data since version 2.6 and can be displayed since version 3.0. However, there is not yet a way for users to edit this.
