When using the pretty theme, I can't seem to resize images properly. When hovering over the image, a yellow border appears, that says "drag this to resize" in the bottom, but a part of the yellow border is obscured by a white area:
When I move my mouse down to the "drag this to resize", it passes over the white area and the yellow border disappears. If I carefully navigate the mouse over the left side of the yellow border, around the white area, I can reach the "drag this to resize" and resize the image as expected.
The above was tested using Chrome 49 and this example: https://wymeditor.github.io/wymeditor/dist/examples/17-pretty-theme.html. In Firefox 45, I see something similar in my embedded version of wymeditor, though in that particular example (as well as the basic example), resizing does not work at all with Firefox.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
I just also tried in Chrome 56, which shows the same behaviour. I also noticed that, depending on the positioning of the image, the white bar is sometimes completely covering the yellow, even the sides, making the workaround useless.
These elements are not intended as part of the content to be edited, so
there is no point in showing annotations on them.
In particular, the annotations were previously added on the image resize
handle, partly obscuring it from view and preventing the mouse pointer
from reaching the handle, making image resizing impossible using the
pretty theme.
This fixeswymeditor#784.
