Finally in x360ce ver. 4, some of game I played supported my controller like Tetris Effect and Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris but every time I press the button repeatedly, sometimes the button is not detected being pressed. I assumed that when my controller is connected or assigned to controller 1, it makes the polling rate / update frequency dropped to 10Hz even in the virtual device option it set to 1KHz, when I disconnect my controller or remove my controller from controller 1, the polling rate is increased again from 10Hz to 1KHz. There is no Issue in Issue Tab, I've tried to re-install my controller driver, re-install the ViGEm Bus and the HID Guardian but it's not fix anything.

Edit:
Sometimes when in the middle of game, the controller disconnected and then a few seconds later it's connected again, not only the controller but all of devices are disconnected, like usb mouse, usb keyboard, and even wifi (maybe the driver is disabled and then enabled again?)

ViGEm Bus Ver: 1.16.112.0 (I tried to install the newest version 1.16.116.0 from vigem.org but it's not detected by x360ce, maybe I don't know how to install it)

Controller: Twin USB Vibration Gamepad
