ALE should use LTC from audiolollipop

currently the "Sound TC" field in the ALE is set to the same timecode as the LTC received from CLP.

the concatenated/cut .wav file should have a BWF header with timecode offset. The BWF timecode should be from CLP (camera-timecode)

Also, make sure the BWF heades are being written to the values of the audio TC if present. And if not present we set to what? I know what you said the phone was right, but update the notes here if you don't mind.
