Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This request is not related to a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like
Manage and access presets from a single location. This will make it simple to access all of my presets regardless of which show folder I am using. It will keep my from having to save and import my presets for each new show folder that I create.

To make this even better, especially for those who have very large preset libraries, would be to have the ability to save multiple preset libraries. Presumably the preset libraries will be saved in one central location, outside of the show folders. The user could then select which library they want to access via a dialog, and that library would become the "default" for a show folder until the user selects a different preset library.

Folder structure: Allow the user to save the presets library files in any folder of their choosing. Personally I would save it to My Documents/xLights. My various show folders are all sub-folders inside of My Documents/xLights.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have not considered any other alternatives, other than exporting from show folders and importing into others. This becomes difficult to manage as I create or add presets in one show folder, then have to remember to export them for inclusion in other show folders.

I'll second this as this would be a great feature, a decentralized effect preset location. Not the first time this has been documented or brought up on FB or the forum - #888. Personally my effect presets organization are a mess because of the per show folder nature of the program. Trying to remember to export and then import into every possible show folder I'm using for the season is not ideal.
