Unable to see Ok cancel buttons on Preference screen

Hi
My laptop resoultion is 1920 x 1080 and when i open the preference screen i cant see the Ok or Cancel buttons to save my settings.
its the same on the About screen i cant see any button to close the screen

This was brought up today .. so still an issue for laptop users esp. Can it be made resizable?

Devs - this is using the wxPreferenceEditor - to make it scrollable it seems like it needs to be converted to perhaps a Dialog widget. Is that the right way to go about it? It seems the preferences widget was used to provide a OS sort of feel to preferences settings dialog.
