Add to the File menu ability close content from the Sequencer tab

I think a sequence close should

  1. Stop all animations
  2. clear out the sequencer area

Yep I tried to implement this a couple weeks ago and didn't get the code right for clearing the sequencer grid so I removed that part of the code and didn't get back to it yet.
