xlights won't load

I recently decided to make the change from vixen to xlights due to the fact that I can do more in xlights but when I try to start xlights I get the splash screen showing up and then it disappears but the program won't load I'm using the latest version of the program. Is there any suggestions that anyone may have to help me out on this.

I'm having the same issue with builds 2023.10 and newer (2023.11 and 2023.12 latest nightly).

We recommend they download the latest drivers from their card provider ... not from their operating system provider.
