Add support for emulation of USB 3 SuperSpeed devices. A non-exhaustive list of potentially required changes:

Allow verifying that the UDC is SuperSpeed-capable (requires Expose more hardware information via ioctls #41);
Accept endpoint companion descriptor when enabling endpoints;
Allow providing stream_id for bulk transfers;
Set ep->maxburst (for bulk and interrupt endpoints) and ep->mult (for isochronous endpoints; requires Better support for isochronous transfers #60).

This issue is also mentioned in the kernel documentation.
