[Bug] CollectionView Header mirroring/reversing the content

Description

When I use a CollectionView Header the content came reversed when setting the Flow Direction="Right To Left"

Expected Behavior

I think it should not reverse the contents

Actual Behavior

reversing the content images , labels , entries
