Description

Navigation.PushAsync with animation followed by PopAsync without animation leads to empty screen

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create new Xamarin.Forms application with blank template
  2. Update NuGet packages
  3. Add buttons to MainPage.xaml
        <Button Text="new page" Clicked="newPage" />
        <Button Text="close" Clicked="closePage" />
  1. Add handlers in MainPage.xaml.cs
        private void newPage(object sender, EventArgs e) => Navigation.PushAsync(new MainPage(),true);
        private void closePage(object sender, EventArgs e) => Navigation.PopAsync(false);
  1. Change main page creation in App.xaml.cs
        MainPage = new NavigationPage(new MainPage());
  1. Run solution
  2. Tap "new page" and "close" buttons

Expected Behavior

Main page is displayed

Actual Behavior

Empty screen

Still present in 5.0.0.2612 - just encountered this today.
