[Bug] Hamburger icon not centred vertically in Xamarin Shell

Description

The Hamburger icon when using the Xamarin Shell is not centered vertically. As can be seen in the image below. We draw a custom TitleView with vertically centered text. However the hamburger icon does not line up with the text. The Text is perfectly centered confirmed with gimp measure tool. However the hamburger icon is not, there are 56 pixels above and 60 pixels below

Hamburger icon in xamarin shell is centered
