Description

We have a lot of activity on Discord and in Zendesk. It would be helpful to comb through the questions (get an idea of what issues folks are getting tripped up on). We can update the docs according info users are searching for but can't seem to find

How will this impact users?

  • A more intuitive and user-friendly documentation structure can facilitate quicker and more effective understanding, allowing users to find the information they need without unnecessary hassle.

  • With clearer documentation, users might be able to solve more issues independently, possibly leading to a decrease in queries on Discord or Zendesk.
