Hello devs! Could you please provide the license for this code?

We're working on OSS media server (shameless plug: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin) and there are some requests for playing media from rar files for which this code could be very useful if we decide to implement it.

I would rather use the libre vfs.libarchive code, it does rar and lots of others formats as well. License for unrar code is https://github.com/xbmc/vfs.rar/blob/master/lib/UnrarXLib/license.txt, rest of addon is gplv2+.
