Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:
Playing specific video file is visually broken: a lot of green artefacts appear on screen, as well as video gets stuck every few seconds. On desktop Kodi as well as in desktop/mobile VLC the video plays fine.
I've tested iOS versions back to v17.6: it's broken everywhere, although in 17.6 audio plays smoothly and visual artefacts are slightly different. But in memphiz's tvOS build (v17.6) video plays flawlessly.
Expected Behavior
Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:
Video plays smoothly.
Actual Behavior
Video plays broken.
Possible Fix

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just play this video file. I can upload it if necessary.
