Video pts jump larger when resume from fastforward

Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

When resume from fastforward, player do not seek to the pts of last presented frame, but larger than it.
So user need seek back a little.
I think when resume from fastforward or backforward, player should play start from last presented frame.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

Video should seek to the pts last presented frame without lost some frames.

Actual Behavior

Video pts jump to a larger pts, the diff is random, somtimes the diff is 3s

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play a video
2. Press Fastforward button on remote control
3. Press Play/Pause button on remote control
4. Check Video PTS
