Bug report

Hi,

I have the following setup:

KODI 20.2 (Maven Build) installed on NVIDIA Shield Pro 2019
HDMI cable connected from NVIDIA Shield to DENON AVR-X4400H
HDMI cable connected from DENON AVR-X4400H to LG OLED TV
CEC is completely turned off on both the Shield and DENON, as well as the LG TV.

Desired state:

NVIDIA Shield and KODI should run 24/7.
I just would like to switch of AVR and TV, while NVIDIA + KODI shall run continously

Problem:

When turning off TV/AVR, everything is okay; KODI remains on (tested via KODI Web Interface). However, when I turn the TV back on, KODI exits the application, and I end up in the Main Screen of NVIDIA Shield

There's a debug log where I do the following:

14:40:00 KODI Start
14:43:00 TV Toggle Off (DENON AVR remains online)
14:44:00 TV Toggle On -> KODI terminate

There were already some pre-analysis and they assumed, that it is a bug concerning HDMI display resolution matching:

Expected Behavior

KODI shall not quit, when DENON AVR and/or TV is switched off and on

Potentially the same issue as #24164.
