folder.jpg not always displayed in File Mode #4799

I encountered this pb in Transparency and in Back Row skins.
In Transparency, I use the "side view" setting. When I'm in File Mode, sometimes the folder.jpg display correctly, sometimes they don't and are replaced by a generic picture.

Correct display:

After some browsing, I get this incorrect display: some icons are replaced by a solid blue folder:

This can happen on subfolders too:

Same issue with Back Row:

The Library Mode displays correctly the items.
My test computers: win7 x64, gotham 13.1 and openelec 4.0 on an ion box. Same issues.
I've uploaded here a structure with a few folder.jpg and fanart.jpg:

XBMC uses github for development only, i.e. for pull requests and the discussion of code.
