[Feature] Add the ability to have a background image at the "home" section

Thank you for your feature request. We are planning to add more personalization features soon.

The question is how to design the navigation view sidebar and title bar area when a background image is used on the Home page. I don't think expanding the background image into the title bar directly will look nice. Perhaps adding an acrylic effect on the image will be better?

We will wait for more discussion before changing the home page design.

@natsurainko Is there an option to add text inversion? For example, when the wallpaper is light, the text is dark and vice versa. So the readability doesn't get compromised.

If the background is set as a picture, the color of the text may need to be manually modified by the dark and light color theme
The color of the text is always the opposite of the dark and light color them
