I should now be able to replicate follow fork behaviour of GDB for coverage. However, it only seems to allow me to follow the parent (current behaviour) or detach the parent and follow the child. More investigation will have to occur to figure out how to do both

Just tested with the latest fork fix in and it gets coverage of both parent and child.
