Me too if taken literally, but I've never read it as intended to be taken as such. I agree maybe it's non-obvious. Do you want to elaborate on this on the backing web page?=

The reasoning behind this Essential is pretty clear and very true, though I find 2 minutes is way too short. At the bottom there is a link to a blog which describes the 15-minute-rule. This sounds a lot more appealing and realistic to me. Want to propose we make that the standard.
