we've got a linux Tomcat application that connects to Z/OS Mainframe over the openswan tunnel, we've looked through all of ours system logs on both ends and can find no issues however any load at all, or concurrency such as 10/50/100/200 connections and we immediately start to get connection refused/resets. Any cool tools or ideas to help figure this out?
