Bug Description

When trying to go in-game the game freezes on the load screen and never make it In-game.
It was last tested back Oct 27, 2020, when it was working without issue.

Seems playable, didn't noticed any graphical bugs, decent speed

Expected Behavior

Should make it in-game

Additional Context

This is a duplication of #429 but It actually affects all vendors.
Properly same issue affecting Double-S.T.E.A.L

My dump was bad, using a redump makes it In-game
