Bug Description

There is this weird lag delay, but the game is running at 50FPS to 60FPS and I ain't having trouble trying to play the game as it's cutscenes are running at 60FPS, but there is this weird stutter/lag delay with the cutscenes making it not use the cutscenes on time.

Expected Behavior

The game cutscene seems to stutter/lag delay, but there isn't a FPS problem, somehow it happens after a few seconds where Professor, Bender, Leela and Fry have to get to the ship, but instead they have to repair it and the whole entire cutscene is out of sync and delay along with stutter/lag too. This video clip I took shows proof about what the problem is with the game.

This problem is even more pronounced in Battlestar Galactica, fir example with the opening movie after around 1 minute, and other long cutscene movies, all start skipping/stuttering with a corresponding spike in the audio/video histograms as you're showing, except that the spike+skip occurs every 2 seconds or so from the time it begins. In-game audio and frame-rate is otherwise not affected, as you've noted. I reported this in the audio issues meta thread, but it is more accurate to say this is the same problem as you're reporting here.
