I cannot see any NPCs in the game. Not even my own character. Sometimes, the characters will render for a few frames before disappearing. This occurs at all resolutions. This is immediately noticeable in the main menu, but also in cutscenes and in-game.
Expected Behavior
I want to see the characters.
