Bug Description

Track and water surfaces render above other geometry. See attached screenshot for example.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Game
  2. Select any mode and track
  3. Drive until you find geometry very out of place

Expected Behavior

When in races, the track geometry should correctly sort behind scenery. Promo screenshot as example.

not completely fixed but edit the issue to include them or create a separate issue for them

I launched the Quantum Redshift demo within MechAssault and experienced similar issues with culling.

I don't know it's related but the title screen is also not rendering properly.
