(Not an issue) Create a link for patreon in Xenia´s webpage

Sorry for opening this, but it´s only intended to propose to @DrChat and @gibbed one thing: Add a link to the Xenia´s patreon in the official web of xenia.

I found (By chance) the patreon of Xenia, and I think more people can contribute in the patreon´s page if a link is added in the official page such as other emulators do (Cemu, rpcs3, etc) I 've been following this emulator since more than a year, and I discovered the patreon´s page today...

Are you exactly sure that this is the official "patreon" from someone from the developers? (DrChat, Gibbed or other?)
I think they would add it to the website, but if it's not there, then ...
