Set project_name variable in aliases.drushrc.php

Right now, we have to remember to manually set that variable if we change the project_name in the Vagrantfile. Should be able to just edit that php file and change the text from a recipe.

Since we are now setting the VM's host name with the project name, we should be able to programmatically set the project with PHP in the drush alias file. So this issue is no longer needed in this project. Closing.
