Thanks a lot to the (instantaneous) NOTEARS, which NTS-NOTEARS is built upon as code base.

The development was done with Python 3.6 and PyTorch 1.8.1.

Instructions:

Run NTS-NOTEARS example:

cd notears

python nts_notears.py

Applying Prior Knowledge:

An example of how to write a set of prior knowledge is given in main() of nts_notears.py.

To apply the set of prior knowledge, uncomment the lines.
