OpenBLAS release plan in context of the julia 0.2 release

We are planning a julia 0.2 release, and are wondering if a new openblas release is around the corner. If so, we would love to co-ordinate.

What's julia, how does it relate to openblas and what's wrong with current git master from being used?

OpenBLAS is one of our foundational libraries, and we'd like to get some of the fixes on the develop branch for our next release.

@jgpallero ， I am afraid we don't plan to include the ARM port in this release. I think we will support ARM at 0.2.10 :)

@ViralBShah , Sorry for the delay. I plan to merge AMD Piledriver and Intel Haswell codes in this version. I will release a RC version soon.

@xianyi We are very close to releasing Julia v0.2 in the next day or two. We will include the next openblas release in our 0.2.1 release. Thanks for the update.
