界面显示问题

为什么我启动以后通过浏览器浏览时无法渲染，整个界面都是乱的？要装什么东西吗？

您好，刷新一下试试，因为是用的公网的js库和静态库，网络卡时候会卡，有些时候会卡

嗯，我找到是这个问题了，我如果把所有公网的库缓存下来，放到/web/CMDB/app/backlend/static/里面，然后把所有template里面的html文件里用公网的链接改成本地是不是能解决这个问题？因为公司对连外网有限制我连不到外网。
