Inconsistency between paper and implementation #4

In the paper, the last InvertedResidual block with stride=2 is the second last; while in the code, it is the third last.

Is it a mistake in the paper or do I misunderstand something?

@namcao000 Thanks for noticing, it was a mistake in the paper writing, corrected in the latest update. The code is correct.
