This is an upgrade to Android 14 (U). While upgrade from latest T build without format was tested and it seems to work fine but if you encounter any issue, please do a clean flash.

NOTE: If you upgrade with gapps, reflash the new (Android 14) Gapps package after rebooting once to recovery
