读写标识rw_flag的值有哪几个呢？取值分别表示什么意思？
读写分离rw_split的取值同样存在疑问

rw_flag是用户权限，1:只读２:读写用户
rw_split是是否采用读写分离，0: 不采用读写分离 1:读写分离
