有些个视频不论怎么调整播放设置（dash、hevc）
播放起来都会卡卡的，视频分辨率为1080P60和4k
网页不会卡，但客户端会卡

商店安装HEVC视频解码拓展、MPEG2解码拓展、VP9解码拓展，然后关闭强制软件解码
