With a screen resolution if 1600x900 the top part of the row menu on the layout page gets rendered outside of the viewing area, making it impossible to select without changing the zoom.

A solution for this is to create a multi-level menu to make it shorter overall

A fix for the row menu position was added, the multi-level menu will be implemented in a future CMS release ( v4 )
