请教一下方法4：什么情况下 scrollView.smoothScrollTo 不会滑动 #4

试跑Demo是可以的，可是用在自己项目的时候，不知道为啥 scrollView.smoothScrollTo没有起作用。自己已经仔细对比过两边代码了，没有办法。所以来请教一下大佬有没有遇到过
