Update Build to use Efficient Notation

As described in #6 the += operator should not be used in mappings, because it comes with a performance hit (because objects are copied in memory). Try to find a solution to also get rid of this operator when building a Mapper.xill robot. This may not be feasible, because of the need to include parent templates.
