可以按照说明重新设置一下，说明中默认的设置就能使用，哪一步有问题都可以继续提问.

据说是python的包urllib3版本过高造成的

pip install urllib3==1.25.11

或者

pip install urllib3==1.25.11 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

退回旧版本即可正常使用

哇，真的是。解决了，是前面学爬虫，好像跟新了这个版本，回退就好了
