The help when running oggenc -h says 24 bit raw files are supported - see

" OggEnc input files must currently be 24, 16, or 8 bit PCM Wave, AIFF, or "

Yet running with --raw-bits = 24 yields the following error:

WARNING: Invalid bits/sample specified, assuming 16.

opus and flac handle 24 bits, why not Vorbis?
