Unchanging "Changed Items" from a mod

Hello; I would like to ask if it is possible to undo a change a mod has done an item? I have a mod that modifies MCH skills appearance, for example, but it also modifies the appearances of some weapons into really tacky looks. There is no option in settings to turn off just that part.

I can see via "On-Screen" what files are being redirected, so is there a way to redirect it back to the game path?
